AN INDUSTRY DISCUSSION
Friday, July 17 | 11 AM - 12 PM
Join us for a free, virtual panel discussion, featuring five local industry leaders.
As the pandemic continues to spread, organizers have canceled tours and festivals through the end of 2020. Beloved galleries and cultural institutions have been forced to close their doors to fight the spread of the disease.
This month we will take a look at a creative industry in flux—and see where the future may lie for music, arts and entertainment post-pandemic.

Dive in Before the Discussion
Whether it's virtual gallery tours, live stream concerts, adding more online merch and gift shops, or releasing "never before seen footage," we are seeing many artists and venues trying new ways of connecting with their audiences. What kind of impact fo you think this focus on online prescence will have on the industry long term?
For art and design lovers, the experience of living under lockdown for months has given them a new (or reinvigorated) appreciation for museums and the artistic treasures they contain. In what ways do you see these institutions being able to entice visitors back while still adhering to evolving government mandated health and safety protocols?
How do you predict consumer behavior will change post-pandemic?
We are all thinking very hard right now about creating a more equitable, fair and resilient city. What role do you believe arts and entertainment should have in policy, planning and placemaking?
