K&B Industries designs, manufactures, and delivers high-performance products and services for the energy, aerospace, and industrial markets. Known for premium machining, threading, and advanced engineering capabilities, the company also provides value-added customer inventory solutions that demand precision, organization, and operational efficiency. Based in Schriever, Louisiana, their corporate headquarters and manufacturing campus, designed by Duplantis Design Group, reflect their commitment to excellence. The development includes a 12,000-square-foot contemporary administrative headquarters and a 205,000-square-foot climate-controlled machining facility. AOS partnered with Duplantis Design Group (DDG) and general contractor Byron E. Talbot to provide a full-scope of interior solutions, including DIRTT manufactured interior construction, commercial furniture, and specialty storage that supports manufacturing, collaboration, brand identity, and long-term adaptability.
The administrative building was designed to support both executive leadership and day-to-day operations through a carefully coordinated interior program that includes a reception and lobby, private offices, open workstations, integrated storage solutions, conference rooms, a breakroom, and custom millwork. Manufactured interior construction provides flexibility for future reconfiguration while reinforcing a clean, contemporary aesthetic aligned with K&B Industries’ brand. Beyond the administrative headquarters, an expansive 205,000-square-foot shop building houses advanced machining and production operations supported by 24 overhead cranes and specialized processing areas. AOS provided comprehensive industrial solutions throughout the facility, including specialty storage systems for tools, gauges, and operational equipment that support K&B’s precision-driven manufacturing processes. A centrally located second-level office overlooks production areas, reinforcing quality control and leadership visibility. Additionally, the shop facility is equipped with men and women’s locker rooms, a multi-purpose training room, and areas for third-party testing. As a result, K&B’s Schriever campus unifies corporate leadership and production and creates a modern, scalable headquarters built for operational excellence.
