Warehouse Manager

As the Warehouse Manager, you will direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations to ensure our 38,000 square foot facility operates in line with AOS’ policies and vision. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) products. Most importantly, you will train, organize, and motivate a team of 8-10 to maximize productivity while minimizing downtime. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and collaborates with team members across our four divisions.

Lead Installer

As a Lead Installer, you will supervise and perform installations, moves and reconfigurations per floor plans, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards to the highest quality and client satisfaction. This role reports directly to a Field Supervisor while collaborating with our entire Installation Team, Sub-contractors, Project Managers, and clients, as needed.

Internships

Our team is always looking for interns during the spring, summer and fall semesters. Earn school credits while learning from an award-winning team of professionals. As an intern, you will be immersed in the rich culture of our firm and broader design community through a number of events and unique learning opportunities. Experience projects from the planning phase through final completion and delivery to the client. You will be invited to sit-in on client presentations, update resources, coordinate with vendors, assist designers, and participate with our various design teams.
