Caroline Hayes Named “Ones to Watch: Top Private Companies”

AOS is excited to announce that our Director of Marketing Caroline Hayes has been selected for “Ones to Watch: Top Private Companies” by New Orleans CityBusiness. She is one of three people chosen for the recognition in March. Eight years as a professional marketer has honed Caroline’s ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and think creatively about the universal business challenges of today’s economic climate. Caroline Hayes is a critical member of the New Orleans-based company’s executive team. In her role, she leads the marketing, communication and strategic planning efforts at AOS across all four of the company’s divisions (furniture, manufactured interior construction, filing and storage and operations and service), including managing the branding, advertising, sponsorships, events, community initiatives and charitable contributions. Since joining AOS in 2014, she has championed a team development training program, introduced weekly marketing meetings, built a marketing team and strengthened the internal culture of AOS as well as the company’s reach in the community.

Hayes collaborates with a team of 84 designers, project managers, installers and administrators to deliver stellar client services and has worked with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies across a multitude of industries, including commercial, health care, education, retail and government environments. She is tasked with creating a consistent client experience and empowering AOS employees through team development workshops, individual planning sessions and by increasing their involvement in the community.

Hayes is a GNO, Inc. NextGen Council member, serving on the Coastal Coalition for Resilience and Economy and a board member for the Young Leadership Council. She is also actively involved in industry organizations, including the Louisiana Architecture Foundation, Architecture + Design Film Festival committee and the IIDA Delta Regional Chapter Gala committee and is a SMPS Southeast Louisiana Chapter member. She is a driving force behind AOS’ community involvement and charitable contributions to dozens of organizations throughout the region, managing sponsorships and donations for hundreds and thousands of dollars each year. She has closely collaborated with numerous nonprofits, including the Young Leadership Council, The Idea Village, French Quarter Festivals, Inc., American Institute of Architects, The Historic New Orleans Collection, Young Artists Young Aspirations, the Contemporary Arts Center and the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities. Hayes received her master’s in business administration and her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Kentucky.”
