AOS is constantly on the look out for resources that will streamline the procurement process and make our client’s lives easier, so we are delighted to announce that AOS has signed on with My Resource Library (MRL), the contract market’s most powerful virtual library.  The MRL team has set out to improve project communication and workflow by housing all of the product and manufacturer information that you would normally find in a physical binder library and offering it in a virtual format.  Our partners in the design community and clients now have quick and portable access to the full collection of lines available through AOS from anywhere, at anytime.

The special tools and features offered through MRL will allow the unique needs of every project to be met with ease and efficiency.  The system provides access to the most robust search engine available to the contract market today.  Gone are the days of flipping through countless manufacture’s binders in search for that special table or chair.  One quick search in MRL will show all the items available in your specified category.  The project binder option enables the designer to organize and save the work done on each project.  The customized binders can then be shared with the client or other design team members to ensure that the plan is developing as envisioned.

Virtual access also means being able to take your entire library with you.   At the click of a mouse all of our product binders are within reach.  MRL provides direct access from manufacturer to binder, meaning that manufacturers are able to manage their binders remotely to ensure that product information is completely up to date and you have real time information.  This direct access to the latest product information helps to eliminate specification errors and pricing inaccuracies, saving you time and money.
