Previously a furniture store then a night club, the 22,000 square-foot building has gone through many transformations; however, MBSB Group renovated the structure and utilized manufactured interior construction to build private offices, conference rooms, a break room, and other amenities. This project serves as a testament to the power of transformation and the success of collaborative partners. As Opportunity Machine continues to evolve, their physical space can adapt to meet programming needs, and they can continue to leverage their center as a catalyst for economic development.
