A rapidly growing marketing company with locations across the world, Phoenix Marketing turned to CICADA and Lauren Bombet Interiors to design their Florida offices that reflect their identity and company culture. Located just outside Tampa, the 15,000-square foot build-out optimizes the needs of individuals, small groups and teams, providing multiple types of work environments to boost productivity. The modern design features a variety of open and enclosed spaces for flexibility, including 100 open office desks, eight private offices, two conference rooms and smaller break-out rooms. Primary workstations support independent, focused work while shared areas offer the opportunity to facilitate conversation, collaboration and social activity.

Carefully selected furnishings and the strategic location of group and activity spaces lead to a creative and comfortable setting. Material variety permeates the design through warm woods, soft textiles and colorful felts and finishes. Various acoustic solutions also help reduce noise in the contemporary open office. For instance, TURF ceiling baffles take a sculptural approach and integrate sound absorption properties into the design. Energetic and effective, Buzzispace panels also aid acoustics, spice up the walls and personalize the space with brand colors. The modern work environment offers employees a choice-based experience, supporting a range of activity and fostering rich interactions.
