Scotia Howard Weil | AOS Interior Environments
When Scotia Howard Weil, an energy investment firm of Scotiabank located in downtown New Orleans, was looking for a complete overhaul of their workplace, they turned to Gensler and Holly & Smith Architects for a new design. A complete gut of the space created a blank canvas for DIRTT solutions. TAL general contractors entrusted AOS and our own local installation crew and warehouse to accommodate not only schedule concerns and but also custom designs. Each conference room, private office and meeting space was set to individual sizes with DIRTT. Glass walls provided visibility and allowed for as much natural light as possible while balancing safety. Since Scotia Howard Weil provides institutional sales and trading services, security was a high priority and needed to fit into the transparent environment. AOS was able to integrate heavy, secure, custom door locks and handles into the DIRTT solution. The result is a sleek and modern workspace, boasting large, open spaces with vast views of the New Orleans skyline.
