Premi de Design: 2015 IDEA Gala | AOS Interior Environments
Saturday night, we celebrated the incredibly talented interior designers in our region with the IIDA Delta Regional Chapter's 2015 IDEA Gala. We took over The Riverview Room in the French Quarter for a private soiree (Ooh la la!) just for IIDA members and guests. Since AOS was a gold sponsor of the event, we all donned our Marsala attire and showed up to support the interior design community.

Premi de Design: 2015 IDEA Gala

Saturday night, we celebrated the incredibly talented interior designers in our region with the IIDA Delta Regional Chapter’s 2015 IDEA Gala. We took over The Riverview Room in the French Quarter for a private soiree (Ooh la la!) just for IIDA members and guests. Since AOS was a gold sponsor of the event, we all donned our Marsala attire and showed up to support the interior design community.

From 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., we mixed and mingled with some of our favorite designers, architects and reps. All of the gratuitous sponsors ensured that we had plenty of wine, beer and cocktails to sip on while The Riverview Room’s delightful staff passed hors d’oeuvres. The theme was “Premi de Design” inspired by the Pantone color of the year which was evident in the vineyard-like decor and a wine-pull fundraiser supporting the Louisiana Coalition for Interior Design (LCID). One of the many event highlights was when Steinmetz and Associates took home the award for Corporate Small Design for our very own AOS Baton Rouge Green Learning Center. We are especially proud of Jessica Roy for chairing the event committee that included AOS team-members Alison Lipps, Caroline Hayes, Grant Ingram, Jill Musgrove, and Rebecca Cooley. Rebecca also served as the Master of Ceremonies, where she did an excellent job announcing the award winners and  introducing speaker, Liz Williams of the Southern Food and Beverage Museum. And of course, a big thanks to our pals at IIDA for putting on such a lovely event.
